Mr. Kevin Sprong has spent his entire educational career as a teacher and administrator in Northwestern Pennsylvania. He attained his Associate's and Bachelor's degrees and a Superintendent's Letter of Eligibility from Edinboro University. He also attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania for educational coursework and received his Master's degree in Educational Leadership/Administration from California University of Pennsylvania. Prior to his educational career, Mr. Sprong worked in industry, including several years in the tool and die trade, commercial truck driving/sales and working at a local lumber yard. Mr. Sprong resides in Crawford County with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding ATVs and motorcycles, and is an avid outdoorsman.

The Mission of the Crawford County Career and Technical Center is to provide career and technical education to secondary and adult students in collaboration with family, community, employers and post-secondary providers.
The vision of the Crawford County Career and Technical Center is to prepare students for Post-secondary education or career opportunities in a global workplace.
Established in 1968 as Crawford County Area Vocational Technical School, the school has served the needs of Crawford County area students and business for almost 50 years.
To reflect the ever changing world of technology, the school changed its name to Crawford County Career and Technical Center in 2008.
The Career Center serves six public and several private high schools in the Conneaut, Crawford Central and PENNCREST school districts. In addition, programs are available for adult students in nursing, manufacturing and personal interest courses. Finally CCCTC offers over 300 quality, teacher interactive, on-line courses in a wide variety of subject areas.
The school is located in northwestern Pennsylvania, approximately 40 miles south of Erie, in the county seat of Meadville. The Career Center serves an average of 700 secondary and post-secondary students per year.
